Agree about the Starbucks. Your budget should be personal. It should reflect your values, and it's perfectly fine to value coffee or the coffee shop experience.

I don't have a TV, Netflix, cable, Hulu, or any of that, but it's also perfectly fine for others to dedicate part of their money to that if that's how they find joy.
